Specials for the Weekend of Aug 29th

Appetizer:  Pan Fried Pork Chop encrusted in potato chips served over bacon braised collard greens, truffle macaroni and cheese and finished with a whole grain mustard brandy cream
Entree:  Seafood Pasta Sauteed lobster tail, scallops, mussels, swordfish and mahi mahi tossed in a white wine sauce. 

Specials for Aug 22nd weekend

Appetizer:  Pan Seared Sword Fish on a fried broccoli and wild mushroom mornay finished with a lobster sweet corn vinblanc.
Entree:  Veal Paupiette ground seasoned veal served with Spanish potato au gratin, mushroom cream sauce and roasted vegetables.

Appetizer:  Pan seared monk fish on a zucchini and sweet corn succotash finished with a roasted sweet corn butter.
Entree:  Pan seared Rainbow Trout in blue corn meal with roasted vegetable salad and celery root puree with a corn emulsion.

Appetizer:  Calamari   Fried squid tubes and tentacles tossed in balsamic, pepperoncini and parmesan cheese
Entrees: Pork Marsala  Thinly sliced pork loin, lightly breaded and sauteed served with button mushrooms and marsala wine served over rigatoni pasta
Pancetta wrapped Monk Fish    Over sopersata and parmesan butter beans and Roasted tomato nage
Dessert: Flourless Chocolate Pyramid served with kiwi, chocolate [...]
