A Delight To Know At Crave

Crave’s Rachel Hedrick truly lights up a room with her joy, charisma, enthusiasm and wit ( and outstanding Martinis ).  Whether behind a bar, on stage or in a park with her dogs, Rachel is a delight to know and work with.

3.  Fun memories growing up: being a competitive dancer and doing musical theater. bonfires with my family having jam sessions. camping on Lake Michigan. playing with my 4 dogs (Rocky, Lucky, Fred, and Peetie) and 4 cats (Brie, Bleu, Cheddar and Ricotta) who were my siblings. putting on plays to Disney soundtracks with my cousins.

4.  Favorite activities here in the Charleston area: going to the beach, spending time downtown, dancing barefoot in the sunshine, performing in and attending theater productions, going to the dog park with my boys, Duke and Jack

5.  Favorite meal at Crave: depends on my mood and the time of day…toss up between cobb salad with cucumber viniagrette OR mahi OR hanger steak OR mac/cheese with gluten-free noodles

6.  Where you’ve traveled: up and down the east coast/midwest, Canada, Jamaica

7.   Favorite music: acoustic, underground hip hop, Broadway, classic rock…i have rather eclectic taste in music growing up with a musician for a father.

8.   Best thing about working at Crave: being able to work with my friends every day and making new friends with the customers
