A Mac ‘n Cheese Kinda Guy….

Ask anyone and you’re likely to hear ” Brandon is the best and nicest!”   It’s true.  Crave’s Brandon Smiley lives up to his name as Crave’s champion bartender.  And what a killer Mojito this guy can whip up.

2.  Where I went to school: Shippensburg University

3.  My fun memories growing up: My brother and his friends ramping their bikes over me like stuntmen(I was always the ”volunteer”)

Summer trips to different states for my dad’s magic shows, and trips to Disney World.  Bike rides and hanging out with my friends.

4. My favorite activities here in the Charleston area: Eating in as many of the local restaurants as I can.  Taking Keiley(jack-russel/beagle) to the beach.

Road trips on the motorcycle.

5.  Favorite meal at Crave: I’m happy with a side of the 8 year aged cheddar Mac ‘n Cheese

6.  Where I’ve traveled: Mexico.  California, North Carolina, Kentucky, New Mexico, Arizona, Texas, and about 30 other states.

7.   My Favorite music: Alternative(Radiohead, Oasis), Rock(80′s/70′s), Blues/Jazz.  Anything but heavy metal and gangster rap.

8.   Best thing about working at Crave: Again, the 8 year aged mac n cheese.  The friendships I have cultivated over the last year and a half in both the staff and our clients.

9.   My favorite quotation: I cook with wine.  Sometimes, I even add it to the food.  W.C. Fields

10.  What is important to me: My family, finding joy in the little things, and perfecting the ultimate Long Island Iced Tea.
