California Inspired Wine Dinner

Crave Kitchen & Cocktails cruises into summer with a California-inspired wine dinner

Crave Kitchen & Cocktails will pair fresh summer entrees with California wine in a five course dinner on Monday, July 13 at 6:30 p.m. at the restaurant.

The courses include:

First- Heirloom tomato salad served with house smoked buffalo mozzarella and extra virgin olive oil powder paired with Ferrari-Carano Tre Trre Chardonnay, Napa,

Second- Citrus marinated grilled octopus served with lemon confit and country olives paired with Chateau St. Jean Fume Blanc, Sanoma,

Third- Pacific ahi tuna tartar served with yuzu gastric, pineapple and wasabi accent paired with Gloria Ferrar Pinot Noir, Carneros,

Fourth- Tasmanian King salmon on a bed of avocado and cucumber salsa verde paired with Buena Vista Pinot Noir, Carneros, and

Fifth- Tropical fruit tartlet served with lemon custard and cinnamon anglise paired with Renwood Orange Muscat, Sierra Foothills.

The wines will be presented by representatives from Southern Wine & Spirits.

The dinner is $54 plus tax and service charge. Reservations are required and can be made by phoning us at 843-884-1177.
