Steamed mussels in a white wine, lemon and butter sauce OR in a red curry broth

with peppers and onions , finished with coconut milk reduction -

Italian bread baked with gruyere cheese, thinly sliced ham and topped

with tomato relish, served with roasted garlic oil

 Crispy Calamari

Lightly battered calamari and squash served with sweet slow

cooked roma tomato sauce

 Greek Dip

Creamy garlic hummus and mediterranean olive tapenade, served

with flat bread

Fresh spring mix, diced tomato, kalamata olives, cucumbers

and feta cheese

Free range chicken covered in fresh herbs- seared then baked

in broth.  Served with roasted corn and cheddar stone ground grits

Sautéed lobster pieces and claws in a bacon garlic cream sauce,

accompanied by green peas, served over fetuccine

 Braised Short Ribs 

Meyers, all natural, grass fed, boneless short rib, slow braised in a

sweet horseradish demi, with local honey sautéed carrots and

gorgonzola mash

 Northern Italian Beef & Pork Bolognaise 

House Ground Beef Tenderloin and Pork, stewed with tomatoes,

served on a bed of Fettucini

 Baked Apple Crisp 

Chef’s special oatmeal maple crisp topping, baked with North Carolina

cinnamon apples served with vanilla bean ice cream and cinnamon reduction

House – made cinnamon and butterscotch marshmallows over crispy
