Appetizer:  Pan Fried Pork Chop encrusted in potato chips served over bacon braised collard greens, truffle macaroni and cheese and finished with a whole grain mustard brandy cream

Entree:  Seafood Pasta Sauteed lobster tail, scallops, mussels, swordfish and mahi mahi tossed in a white wine sauce.
